Our workflow is optimized for digital impressions. While physical impressions may be accepted in limited cases, we strongly recommend intraoral scanning for the most accurate and predictable results.

We stand behind our work. If a remake is required due to a lab-related issue, we will remake the restoration according to our remake policy. Clear communication and accurate digital scans help us minimize remakes and ensure predictable results.
